Shipping & Policies

Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns, and privacy.

Shipping

Handmade Items

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after payment.
  • Carrier: USPS (First-Class or Priority, depending on weight).
  • Domestic (US): $6.50 flat rate. Free on orders over $75.
  • International: $18.00 flat rate. Customs/duties are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

Print-on-Demand / Printful Items

  • Items marked "Ships from printer" are fulfilled by a third-party print service (Printful).
  • Processing: 2–5 business days at the print facility.
  • Delivery: Typically 5–10 business days total (US). International may take longer.
  • Shipping cost is calculated per item by the printer and shown at checkout.

Digital Items

  • Digital files (3D models, templates, etc.) are delivered via email after payment.
  • No physical shipment — you'll get a download link within minutes.

Returns & Exchanges

Handmade Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
  • I'll offer a full refund or a replacement — your choice.
  • Custom/commission pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

Print-on-Demand Items

  • Printful handles returns for defective or damaged items. Contact me and I'll coordinate with them.
  • Returns for buyer's remorse are generally not accepted for print-on-demand.

Digital Items

  • No returns or refunds on digital downloads, since the file is delivered instantly.
  • If you have trouble accessing your files, email me and I'll resend them.

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through PayPal Checkout.
  • You can pay with any major credit or debit card, PayPal balance, or Venmo.
  • I never see or store your card number — PayPal handles all payment data.
  • Prices are listed in USD. PayPal will convert currency automatically for international buyers.

Privacy

  • This site uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. No personal data is collected or shared.
  • When you make a purchase, PayPal shares your name and shipping address with me so I can fulfill your order. I don't use that information for anything else.
  • Your email address is used only to send order confirmations, tracking info, and digital file links.
  • I don't run ads, sell data, or use tracking cookies.
  • The cart on this site is stored in your browser's localStorage — it never leaves your device until you check out.
